•Recognise power relations and how that affects capacity building
•Be familiar with the different organizational models
•Be able to use the models to assess organisations

Home and field based management and advisory staff of Irish and international NGOs and Irish lay/missionary organisations who are directly engaged or interested in organisational analysis and capacity building within their own organisation or partner organisations
