About us
About us and our training programmes
Most of the work done by URRUS is with adults, parents and professionals working in the area or with those who through their work encounter addiction issues. Apart from the training listed we also provide training in response to particular requests from groups and organisations, and the topics covered include Motivational Interviewing, Training for Trainers, as well as general addiction topics. URRUS also does research on issues that concern drug use and the local community.
The Ballymun Youth Action Project (BYAP) was established in 1981. The project offers a range of services on all aspects of drug misuse ranging from work with individuals, families and groups to education and training courses.
